All DLR trains towards Beckton and Gallions Reach will stop at Custom House which is in Zone 3.

Alight at Custom House follow the signs to ExCeL, (don’t forget to tap out). Turn left into the entrance under the glass pyramid. Take a seat and call your contact.

Let us know your registration number and we’ll book you into our car park. Please note that the car park is restricted to vehicle heights of up to 1.9m.

Drive to ExCeL London using any of the main routes into London, including the M25 and M11, the North Circular, A406 and the A13. As you get closer, you’ll pick up signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL.

Park in zones 1, 2, 13 or 14.  Follow the venue entrance signs and go up one flight of stairs or take the lift.  When you arrive on the central Boulevard head towards S4 and the lower hall numbers, passing the Platinum Suite and then you will arrive at the west entrance. Take a seat and call your contact.

The UK’s first urban cable car, known as the Emirates Air Line, connects ExCeL London to The O2 and North Greenwich tube station.

Turn right out of the cable car station.  You will see the venue straight ahead. Go straight up the steps or the ramp. You will see the glass doors straight ahead of you. Go in, take a seat and call your contact.

Please let the driver know that the post code for the taxi drop off point is E16 1XL.
