Led by its 2 Michelin starred executive chef, Nacho Manzano from Asturias in Spain, Iberica Canary Wharf will serve authentic gastronomic tapas. The interiors will be designed by acclaimed Barcelona based Lazaro Rosa Violan. The Canary Wharf restaurant will continue the ethos of the original on Great Portland Street to be an outpost of Spanish culture in London and showcase the very best of Spanish produce and dishes. Classic Spanish favourites such as Patatas Bravas and Jamon Iberico stand alongside signature dishes such as Manzano's Arroz de Pitu. Continuing its philosophy of showcasing only the very best that Spain has to offer will be the Iberica Wine List which includes a range of beers and boutique wines that are only available in the UK through Iberica Food and Culture and have not been exported previously outside Spain.
