ExCeL London Hires New Chief Financial Officer

London - February 2005 - After two years at ExCeL London as Chief Financial Officer, Tim Beswick has left ExCeL London to relocate to Australia with his wife. He is being replaced by Phil Dowson, who takes over the role from February 1st.

Says ExCeL London Chief Executive Jamie Buchan:"Tim has done a fantastic job at ExCeL London, steering us through the last two years very successfully and he will take with him our grateful thanks for a great job, well done and our best wishes for the future. Phil is a great addition to the team and brings with him some valuable experience which will be vital to the growth of the company."

Phil Dowson is both a civil engineer and a chartered accountant. He has worked at BUPA and Motorola over the last few years and has also been involved in business transformation and M&A roles within the marine electronics and technology sectors.

Commenting on his move to ExCeL London, Phil Dowson, Chief Financial Officer: "I am very pleased to be working for such a young and dynamic company and the challenges that brings. ExCeL London has a great team and I am looking forward to working with them to take ExCeL London in to its next phase."
