Effective from November, ExCeL London will bring its’ cleaning and traffic related operations in-house. Together with other initiatives which are being developed, ExCeL London anticipates that this move will lead to enhanced service delivery.

Says ExCeL London Chief Executive, Jamie Buchan: "I would like to thank ISS, who have delivered an outstanding service over the last three years, with the highest levels of client satisfaction. However, we have concluded that cleaning and traffic operations are critical to the ExCeL London visitor experience and of material influence to our value chain. They therefore represent a core competence requirement for our business going forward."

ISS will have a 4-month handover, with the in-house team taking over in early November.
