Old Royal Naval College
The Old Royal Naval College is the great baroque masterpiece of English architecture, set in landscaped grounds by the Thames in the centre of the Maritime Greenwich World Heritage Site. The Painted Hall, within the college, is one of Europe’s finest dining halls. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren, it is elaborately decorated with paintings by Sir James Thornhill and forms a stunning backdrop to any reception or dinner.
