May I wish you a very warm welcome to the planning and operational phases of your event experience with us at ExCeL London.


Your primary point of contact throughout the planning process and on-site will be your dedicated Event Manager. Their role, in a nutshell, is to make your life easier and to provide you with the necessary resources and information to help plan and manage your event.


Event Management sits within our Services Division which is made up of all our operational experts. Your Event Manager will introduce you to key specialists with detailed knowledge of the site services and together we aim to achieve a seamless approach to client support and service delivery.


At ExCeL London we understand the importance of having the most up to date venue information close to hand, not only for inclusion into your exhibitor or technical manuals, but also as a source of reference for all those frequently asked questions that will no doubt arise during the planning of your event.
