ExCeL London aims to be a safe, relaxed and friendly environment for our guests. We ask that all Boulevard users abide by the Code Of Conduct, in the interests of maintaining a professional standard and ensuring everyone's enjoyment and well being.
ExCeL London consistently aims to maintain high standards and does not permit the following:
- Any intimidation of our guests by groups or individuals. All groups of more than five without the intention of visiting the centre will be asked to leave.
- Unsociable behaviour that is detrimental to the ExCeL London environment.
- Pets, with the exception of working dogs.
- No lounging on the floor or furniture provided.
- Dress code must be of a reasonable standard i.e. shirts must be worn and no heavily soiled garments.
- No unauthorised signage to be put up unless authorised by Guest Services Manager.
- Deliveries (not hand held) to be in the halls 30 minutes before show opens.
- No trollies, deliveries, catering etc are to be allowed through main entrances 30 minutes before event starts.
- No trollies, catering etc are to be transported through the boulevard unless using nearest lift and service subways.
- No stands, shell schemes, deliveries, unused barriers to be stored in hall entrances or boulevard.
- All temporary fixed and non-fixed objects to be removed by end of tenancy.
- No furniture, signage, property belonging to ExCeL London is to be moved unless authorised by Guest Services Manager.
- Security are not to sit in their allocated position and leave random chairs and tables after their shift.
- Security check points should be inside the hall if other shows are in tenancy.
- The Information Desks are not to be moved, used for storage, ticketing operations etc unless authorised by the Guest Services Manager. Unauthorised staff on the desk are also not permitted.
- Catering & Retail staff are to abide by the low volume and high volume service agreements with the Retail Brand Manager.
Ensuring that our guests are free to attend events, shop and relax, ExCeL London does not permit the following:
- Leafleting, canvassing, charity donations, protesting or the conducting of third party interviews or surveys unless authorised by ExCeL London Management.
- Unauthorised busking or selling of goods in the boulevard or car parks.
