Service Help Desk Responsibilities

The Service Help Desk is a one-stop-shop for anyone using the venue. Any issues or concerns, relating to venue services, can be resolved by calling the service desk on ext: 4500. Following a call, a job card will be sent through to the appropriate department, in order to resolve the issue. This can then be tracked and we can monitor service response times and the types of requests and issues that arise. This also assists in the prevention of similar issues for repeat events and can be assessed in line with our client feedback, as we constantly try to improve the level of service that we offer.

Our Responsibilities include:

 

  • Temperature control - too hot / too cold
  • All cleaning matters - including spills and hoovering
  • Rubbish removal
  • Broken door handles
  • Faulty door locks
  • Blocked toilets, urinals, drains and sinks
  • Loss of power outside the halls
  • Lighting
  • Lost Property
  • Travel Information
  • Local Area Information
  • General Queries
